This class will focus on all the principles of Pilates with the addition of weights to help maintain our all important muscle mass and bone density.

Gentle Pilates

This is a lower intensity class suitable for people who prefer gentler moves with Intermediate options offered.

This class will help to keep your joints mobile, muscles strong, improve your balance, flexibility and overall sense of well being.

Considerations are made for people with Osteoporosis.

Mixed Ability Pilates

This class is tailored to suit most levels though may not be suitable for a complete Beginner.

Exercises are layered so participants can choose the intensity at which they work.

Quite often small equipment is used to enhance the experience of the exercises from the Pilates repertoire.

Chair Based Exercise to Music

Aimed at the older client who wishes to exercise from a chair.  A fun movement session to upbeat music from the 60’s & 70’s & 80’s!

This class will help to keep the joints mobile, improve balance and motor skills and it’s a great social occasion where you can exercise with your friends.
