Join me in Greece for a week long retreat in this beautiful and ancient location.

Epidavros is one of the most visited sites in this area of Greece and is most famous for its theatre, one of the best surviving buildings from the classical period. The theatre, and its surrounding sanctuary are a true haven of tranquillity and calm.

During our time together you’ll experience two classes per day and access to the rooftop Yoga Shala for personal practice. A buffet breakfast and evening meal are also included every day with refreshments available throughout the day.

About me

Tina

I’ve helped dozens of people improve their mobility, body awareness, strength, balance and general knowledge of how the body works. I love the way the Pilates & Yoga compliment each other and as an added bonus they help the student perform ‘other’ types of exercise more mindfully & safely.

Having been a professional dancer/Aerobics Instructor for 10 years then a full time mum for 9 years I decided it was time to return to what I love most and that is ‘Mindful Movement.’

Suggested Flights from LHR but not obligatory as long as you arrive & leave at the same time as the group.

    A non-refundable deposit of £150 secures your space and the payment plan will include staged payments. Flights can be booked by you in advance and recommended flight times will be sent 12 months before departure. If you book the recommended flight then transfers are included. Alternatively transfers can be organised for you at your own cost.
